Andhra Pradesh: BCYP, A New New political party launched to drive real socio-economic empowerment for BCs, SCs, STs, and minorities

At the well-attended ‘Praja Simha Garjana’ public gathering held in front of Acharya Nagarjuna University in Guntur district on Sunday, Bode Ramachandra Yadav, a well-known businessman and farmer from Punganur in Chittoor district, introduced a new party called the Bharata Chaitanya Yuvajana Party (BCYP).

They included Prakash Ambedkar, the grandson of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, and Suraj Mandal, the grandson of B.P. Mandal, the head of the Mandal Commission.
Speaking to the crowd, Mr. Ramachandra Yadav declared that his party’s goal was to free the citizens of Andhra Pradesh from the control of the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP), the TDP, and the Indian National Congress (INC), all of which he attacked harshly.

He charged that In the execution of welfare programs, the YSRCP and TDP had abandoned the Backward Classes (BCs), Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), and minorities.

As the people are unable to free themselves from the constraints of these family parties, I am creating the BCYP with the overarching goal of bringing about the much-needed reform in AP politics for BCs, SCS, STs, and minorities, Says Ramachandra Bode Yadav.

Additionally, he said that the TDP and YSRCP worked to guarantee that minorities and the BCS, SCS, and STs remained politically behind. The self-respect of Telugu people in Delhi was mortgaged by the INC, which was never free of internal strife.

None of those parties, according to Mr. Yadav, could prevent the division of the united State of AP, which was brought about by the sacrifices of many heroic leaders. Furthermore, he claimed that the YSRCP administration was so corrupt that a large amount of the profits from the liquor industry and other businesses were funneled directly into the coffers of Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Throughout the YSRCP’s rule, resource theft continued unabatedly. He said it was regrettable that the electorate chose the YSRCP, which regarded the State as its fiefdom.

The TDP, for Its part, did little to further industrial growth or to better the lives of farmers or the capital city.

In order to bring about the much-needed change in AP politics, Mr. Yadav stated, “I am setting up the BCYP with real socio-economic empowerment of the BCs, SCS, STS and minorities as its underlying objective. The people are unable to break free from the shackles of these family parties.”
