Motivational speaker Vivek Bindra, who recently tied the knot, is facing legal trouble as Gautam Buddha Nagar police have registered a case against him for allegedly assaulting his wife. The complaint, filed by Vaibhav Kwatra of Ghaziabad, states that the incident occurred on December 7, just a day after Bindra's wedding at The Lalit Mangar hotel.

According to Kwatra, a dispute arose between Bindra and his mother, during which Kwatra's sister, Yanika, intervened. Subsequently, Bindra reportedly took Yanika into a room, locked the door, and subjected her to verbal and physical abuse. The complaint alleges that Yanika sustained injuries all over her body, is experiencing hearing issues, and has a head wound causing dizziness. Additionally, Bindra is accused of breaking Yanika's phone during the altercation.

Yanika is currently receiving medical treatment at Kailash Deepak Hospital in Karkardooma, Delhi. The complaint is supported by various videos and records submitted to the police, capturing instances of Bindra's alleged mistreatment of his wife.

Vivek Bindra, the CEO of Bada Business, who claims to hold 12 world records and a '40 Under 40' award on his X profile (formerly Twitter), is now under investigation. An FIR has been registered at Sector 126 police station under sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 325 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt), 427 (mischief causing damage to the amount of fifty rupees), and 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace) of the Indian Penal Code. Authorities are actively conducting a probe into the matter.
