Wipro Appoints Srini Pallia as CEO, as Thierry Delaporte Steps Down

In a strategic move marking a significant transition in leadership, Wipro Limited, a leading global information technology, consulting, and business process services company, has announced the appointment of Srini Pallia as its new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. This announcement comes as Thierry Delaporte, who has served as CEO for nearly four years, has decided to step down to pursue personal interests outside the company.

Effective immediately, Srini Pallia will assume the role of CEO, steering Wipro through its next phase of transformation. Srini brings to the table a wealth of experience, having most recently led Wipro's Americas 1 segment, the company's largest and fastest-growing strategic market.
