Samsung has recently opened premium experience stores in Ahmedabad and Lucknow

Samsung India opened two new locations in Ahmedabad and Lucknow. While the shop in Lucknow is located in Lulu Mall on Amar Shaheed Path in the Golf City district of the city, the Advorticomant Premium Experience Stores in Ahmedabad are located in Palladium Mall in the Thaltej neighborhood of the city.

Customers will be able to experience the whole spectrum of Samsung products, including SmartThings, smartphones, laptops, music, gaming, and lifestyle televisions, in the new storefronts, according to Samsung.

While the Premium Experience Store in Lucknow is spread out over 1,200 square feet, the one in Ahmedabad is spread out over 3,500 square feet.

The 'Learn @ Samsung' program will conduct a range of Galaxy classes at the store. Free hands-on workshops in digital art, sketching, photography, videography, and fitness will be offered as part of this.

Additionally, the stores will feature a range of entertainment events with a focus on regional music, art, and culture, providing a unique Samsung experience for Ahmedabad and Lucknow.

Deals for customers will be available in Samsung’s new outlets. Customers who visit the stores during the first week of operation, for instance, will receive guaranteed rewards on purchases of $20,000 and higher. Other advantages on the purchase of specific Samsung devices include 2X loyalty points and Galaxy Buds2 for $2,999.

Customers may also take advantage of always-available special perks including student discounts of up to 10% on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and smartwatches, up to 8,000 in cashback on certain items, and up to 21,000 in other incentives. Customers may purchase things straight from the store online and have them delivered to their homes.

Samsung claims that the shops would provide hassle-free smartphone after-sales servicing. 

Additionally available to customers at the shop are Samsung’s digital loan platform Samsung Finance+ and its device maintenance program Samsung Care+ for Galaxy smartphones, tablets, and wearables.

Customers will have a physical experience at the new stores thanks to Samsung’s Store+ infinite aisle technology. With Store+, customers will be able to use a digital Kiosk to browse Samsung items with more than 1,200 selections throughout its portfolio, whether they are accessible online or in-store.
