On Tuesday, both sides held separate meetings to strategize their next steps in an attempt to find a resolution.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) conducted a parliamentary party meeting in the morning to chart out their strategy for the Lok Sabha's Monsoon Session. High-profile attendees included Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and Railway Minister Ashwani Vaishanaw, along with other party MPs. The meeting aimed to discuss crucial organizational matters.

Simultaneously, like-minded opposition floor leaders gathered at the Rajya Sabha Leader of the Opposition (LoP) chamber in Parliament to discuss their plan for the day. They reaffirmed their demand for a statement from the Prime Minister on the Manipur situation in both Houses.

In the preceding sessions, both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha witnessed adjournments amid uproarious scenes, as the Opposition persistently pressed for a statement from the Prime Minister on the violence in Manipur. The first two days of the Monsoon Session experienced similar disruptions, severely impacting the functioning of Parliament.

The Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (I.N.D.I.A) members are scheduled to meet at the office of Congress national president and Rajya Sabha's Leader of the Opposition, Mallikarjun Kharge, to strategize floor management before the Upper House's session.

Since its commencement on July 20, the Monsoon Session has faced repeated adjournments due to Opposition protests, sloganeering, and disruptions over the demand for a statement from PM Modi on the Manipur situation.

In Monday's session, the Lok Sabha adjourned till Tuesday after Union Home Minister Amit Shah faced continuous disturbance and heckling from the Opposition benches, despite his assurance that the Centre was prepared for a discussion on Manipur.

Furthermore, the Upper House witnessed stormy scenes when Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh was suspended for the entire session for "repeatedly violating" the Chair's directives. The disruptions have resulted in a significant hindrance to legislative businesses listed on the Monsoon Session's agenda.
