On Monday, a fire incident occurred on a coach of the Vande Bharat Express traveling from Bhopal to Delhi's Hazrat Nizamuddin Terminal, at Kurwai Kethora railway station in Madhya Pradesh. Thankfully, no injuries were reported from the incident.

According to reports, the fire originated in the train's engine due to a blaze in the battery box, which led to an immediate halt of the train.

A video of the incident went viral, showing people attempting to put out the flames as passengers safely waited outside the train. Fortunately, no casualties were recorded.

The Indian Railways assured that the train would resume its journey soon after undergoing a thorough examination.
