Delhi offers some of the highest pension rates in the country. People aged between 60 and 69 years receive ₹2,000, while those aged 70 and above are provided with ₹2,500. The government also plans to extend ₹5,000 monthly pensions to differently-abled individuals in the future, as announced by Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj.
