Wipro and Nokia Partner to Deliver Secure 5G Private Wireless Solutions for Enterprises

Wipro and Nokia announced a collaboration to provide enterprises with secure 5G private wireless network solutions, accelerating their digital transformation journeys. This joint offering aims to enhance reliability, mobility, and connectivity speed, enabling real-time access to business insights and efficient processing of high-volume data with low latency.

The private network solution grants enterprises greater control over their infrastructure, improving performance and mitigating security risks. The increased speed, reliability, and security will empower businesses to leverage advanced AI-driven automation for improved operational efficiency.

Initially targeting the manufacturing, energy, utilities, transportation, and sports entertainment sectors, this solution leverages Nokia's expertise in Digital Automation Cloud (DAC) and Modular Private Wireless (MPW) solutions, encompassing both hardware and software.

Wipro, on the other hand, will contribute its 5G Def-i, Industry DOT, and OTNxt platforms, providing strategic guidance and industry insights for seamless integration into the enterprise environment. Additionally, Wipro will design and develop the architecture tailored to specific business needs, implementing and managing the entire network to ensure successful business outcomes.
