The actor clarified that this is not a retirement but a pause to focus on his personal life and return to the screen "when the time is right."

Vikrant Massey's Emotional Announcement

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Massey shared his decision, expressing gratitude for the opportunities and support he has received throughout his career. "The last few years and beyond have been phenomenal. I thank each and every one of you for your indelible support," he wrote. "But as I move forward, I realise it’s time to recalibrate and go back home, as a husband, father, a son, and also as an actor."

He assured fans that this is a temporary hiatus and not a permanent farewell, stating, "I will return when the time feels right."
