"Arvind Kejriwal's '10 Guarantees" 24hrs Electricity, Better Education and Healthcare for All and more

Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, has unveiled the AAP's "10 guarantees" ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. These pledges span various areas of public welfare, including commitments to free electricity and enhanced healthcare.

Kejriwal emphasized the failures of the BJP in fulfilling its promises, contrasting them with the proven track record of his guarantees. He presented the choice to voters between "Kejriwal ki Guarantee" and "Modi Guarantee."

Central to Kejriwal's electoral promises is the commitment to providing uninterrupted 24-hour electricity nationwide, building on Delhi's model of electricity supply.

Another significant pledge is the overhaul of government schools to provide high-quality education, requiring cooperation between state and central governments.

Kejriwal also pledged to invest in improving healthcare infrastructure, aiming to provide accessible treatment for all citizens.

Among other guarantees are measures to reclaim Indian land from Chinese control, shutting down the Agniveer scheme, and providing farmers with MSP as per the Swaminathan Commission report. Additionally, Kejriwal reiterated his commitment to granting full statehood to Delhi.

Kejriwal's announcement comes shortly after his release on interim bail following his arrest in connection with a scam case. He expressed confidence in the opposition coalition, including AAP, Congress, Trinamool Congress, and others, to challenge the BJP-led NDA in the upcoming elections.
